For the implementation of our projects, CISP uses human resources selected on general criteria in consideration of the specific needs of each project. At the same time, CISP adheres to a criterion of transparency and efficiency, and can therefore commission services, civil works and supply contracts based on detailed terms in calls for tenders, inviting companies and firms to compete and organise, in some cases, national or international tenders.

The CISP considers previous participation in sectoral specialisation courses and, in particular, in the Master in Development Cooperation at the University of Pavia as an additional positive qualification.

In-depth interviews are requested directly by CISP. The final selection is usually made through a series of interviews attended by candidates pre-selected based on their CV.
