Global assistance to victims of armed conflict in Colombia
Description
The project aims to provide support and assistance to victims of the Colombian conflict through two methods: group or individual psychological assistance; social and economic support for integration and return to the areas of residence.

OBJECTIVES
Overall objective
To combine technical, administrative and financial efforts of Victims Unit and CISP for the comprehensive reparation strategy at individual and group level. Follow-up to special accompaniment programmes and support to the community pathway of the return and relocation process.
Specific objectives
Implementing the emotional recovery strategy (group modality) and the psychosocial rehabilitation measure (individual modality)
Follow-up of the implementation of Special Accompanying Schemes (SEE) and updating of return and relocation plans
Activities
Organising the process of the comprehensive compensation strategy and organising its implementation in its group and individual modalities
Developing a follow-up and rehabilitation strategy and monitoring the training of professionals
Designing remedial actions in accordance with the methodology
Creating a document of observations and recommendations based on the implementation of the methodology
Carrying out the social systematisation process framed in the victim-state environment and identify good practices
Creating and disseminating a guide for the sustainability of projects implemented in the framework of return and relocation plans.

Victim assistance in the framework of the Emotional Recovery Strategy for groups and individuals
Methodology in psychosocial rehabilitation applied to 3,200 victims in individual mode and up to 18,000 victims in group mode
Technical support for the update of 280 restitution and relocation plans.
