In Mukudhere Village, Somalia, Hawa's journey unfolds as a tale of resilience and hope.
As a single mother of six, she faced numerous challenges, especially when her daughter, Salma, was diagnosed with severe acute malnutrition at just 18 months old. With Salma's weight at 4.5 KG and height at 68 cm, the stark reality of deprivation was evident, a plight not uncommon in the area.
With systematic care and treatment at the Shibis Health Centre, Salma's health took a positive turn. Through the lifeline provided by CISP's program, Salma's weight increased, and her overall health improved significantly.
